Fools rush in when Aries speeds onto Mercury Retrograde Highway on April 1st, ready to prank the plot + clown around on overdrive.

But who is really driving and when has the vehicle last had a tune-up? EEK! Hopefully it’ll be YOU (& your smarts) behind the wheel, using safety lights and wearing your seat belt, my cautious friends. Nobody is trying to wipe out during this Spring Mercury Rx / Eclipse Season Double Feature, but without a proper RE-view of what to do during the RE-trograde, we can easily be led astray down sketchy alleyways (exes), expensive accidents (finances AND taxes), faulty GPS (tech snafus), pocket dials (bad communication) and more. Retrograde calls us to re-view, re-do, re-connect, re-new, re-solve, and it can be a helpful span to pay attention with intention, getting our lives on track 3 to 4 times a year for 3 weeks each Mercury back-spin.

Learn more about Mercury Retrogrades, what aspects of our lives they affect and how, the mythology and history of Astrological Hellenistic Mercury, natal Mercury Signs and more in our Retro-themed Retrograde zine, access available for download at the end of this post. But first, let’s review how this specific Spring 2024 Mercury Retrograde may play out with Aries, plus other planets stationing in the Ram for April. It’s a spicy one considering the stars!
